Inspired by a traditional Mexican fonda, the restaurant celebrates regional classics crafted from British ingredients through Chef Patron Santiago Lastra’s unique lens. At its heart is the comal, a traditional clay griddle turning out tacos, tostadas, and fresh, daily-made tortillas.
